Brief Reviews: I would give this negative stars if I could. They act in complete negligance, do not give proper advise, and the tax professionals, specifically Collin, Maria, and the office leader Sharon, don't understand how to do a tax return. In addition, instead of saving money they made me overpay by $5,000 (on an error, I had to find), and then don't help to get it back. If you have about 20 hours to waste, want to recheck their work, want to be passed around to five different tax professionals who don't know anything, and enjoy dealing with people with a really bad attitude, then you should use them. If you want someone to actually do your tax return and who understands taxes, then I would not use them!
