Brief Reviews: Mr. Cook's Associate Don Massoy was not prepared and unappreciative for my case. His lack of planning and execution of the Law to protect the rights of his clients needs to be reevaluated by the Oregon State Bar. His knowledge of the Law is outdated, and he is easily intimidated by the slightest confrontation in and out of the courtroom.
