Brief Reviews: I did not have the best experience with Julie O'Donnell. She was extremely difficult to get in touch with. Whenever you call the office, she is always "at a client closing". Doesnt matter when you call, she is at closing 24hours a day. If you want to close a house in Hoboken, you really need to stay on top of her because she will move the process forward unless you remind of tasks to do. With Julie, you really have to micro-manage the entire process. Problem is: she is extremely slow, unresponsive, and lacks motivation in helping you close. This is because she will get paid her attorney fee regardless with what happens to your closing.

Brief Reviews: I didn't think i'd ever write a review about an attorney, but this was one of the best experiances I 've had with a lawyer. This was my first purchase and they walked me through thte entire process. They were inexpensive (although slightly more than what they put up on their outdated web site), and they managed to close on my condo in just three weeks!
