Brief Reviews: I was hurt at work and had to have back surgery. My employer refused to accept responsibility for the accident, and I was looking at 6 weeks off with no pay. I hired Mr. Besse based on a recommendation of a friend who had used him for a worker's comp case before. Mr. Besse took the time to actually meet me at my home, and was very down to earth and helpful. I ended up getting my medical treatment and lost wages paid for by work comp, and a very favorable lump sum settlement. I would recommend anyone with a job related injury to hire Mr. Besse--not only does he have an amazing knowledge of work comp law, he was always approachable and returned my phone calls promptly.

Brief Reviews: Sorry to crib from Bob Seger, but that is exactly how this firm operates. You are a number to them, not a person. They handle a large volume of personal injury and work comp clients. Arthur Kase is senile and lazy. No one in this firm tries cases, and Kase will not even recognize you, if he even works on your case at all (which is doubtful, he usually farms out his work to an inexperienced associate.). Do yourself a favor and call a law firm that actually tries cases and cares about clients.

Brief Reviews: while working in the party shop at apple market grocery store todd came back there and kept reaching by my cheast and private ares also clutching as he reached for items even went as far as rubbing against my butt this was the first time since ive worked there that i worked in the partshop a segregated part of the store after about 4 hours of this even after i asked him to continuously to give me some space i went to a manager named clyde who then said thats just how todd is. the next day again at the partyshop very same behavior i then told another manager name rhonda who is his sister law she says oh well thats how todd is later that day it got so intense i left crying and ran into gina who replied girl yhis place been like this for a long time i just try and do my thing and leave . the next day i called joyce the owner and met with her around 9:30am i went home joyce called said she talked to a few of my co workers and came to the conclusion that she would suspend todd for a week which turned out to be 3 days since i have been back to work i got wrote up and also accused of stealing by todd all this happened twice in 1 week. prior to tis i have never been wrote up,missed a day, late,and come in on my off days. i was also informed that todd has had a prior sexual harressmant charge. i am 37 years old i have no theft fraud forgery drugs prostitution or anything for the past 3 years i have been working with the hickman mills school district with mult handicapp chidren , also i have never sued anyone for anything in my life i was in a car accident in seattle about 5 years ago i was not driving and was awarded 5000.00 thank you for at least listining when no one else would.
