Brief Reviews: I was returning a pair of shoes and the instructions from the shoe company was to get a UPS envelope and put it outside the box. I did not tape the box just in case some UPS Paperwork needed to go inside and the store charged me $1.00 for an 7 inch piece of tape. The reason why I'm rating this business "AWFUL" is on principle. It's ok to make an honest living, but nickeling and diming your customers is not good business.

Brief Reviews: The company went out of business. I received a letter stating that I had 10 days to change address. The door were locked and all mail was sent to the redondo bch post office 3 days after notice was given. The owner wont return calls or refund mail box unsed rental money nor the deposit. Everyone who had a rental there are having the same problems.
