Brief Reviews: I asked the lady if I could use some tape to secure my package, she was going to charge me $2 for 4 pieces of tape. If you ask me, part of providing excellent customer service includes going above and beyond. I don't think that providing me a few pieces of tape is going to break her business. I'm never going back to that UPS store ever again.
