Brief Reviews: I wish I read these reviews before taking my son over for a passport photo. The photo's were blurry at best - the Post Office rejected them. I ended up taking the photos myself. I should have done that from the beginning and saved the $13 fee. After getting the photo's rejected, we went back to have them re-taken. The woman who works there was unable to work the camera (your basic Polaroid), so asked us to come back the next day so her husband could do it. She kept the photo's. The sleep schedule of a 3-month old kept us away for a few days. When we made it back, the guy was very rude. Was unwilling to take new photos, and even more unwilling to refund our money. Since his wife had kept the photos we paid for, we asked for them back. They had thrown them away. I'm not sure that either of these two understand the meaning of customer service. Fortunately for me, my credit card does. The charges were successfully disputed, and credited back to my account.

Brief Reviews: We've had a box with the Postal Stop for nearly 5 years now, and, go there for all of our shipping needs. They are very friendly, extremely easy to work with, and, offer good pricing for their services. In fact, there was an instance when they thought their own price was too high for a particular type of shipment, and, encouraged me to go to the local post office instead. They offer mail forwarding from your PO Box, and, other services such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, Western Union, and, have 3 notary publics. I would highly recommend them!
