Brief Reviews: Best for service and reasonable prices. The lady who runs the store is so helpful and resourceful. She takes care of all your shipping, notary and mailbox needs and is always willing to do you a favor. The mailbox and shipping rates are also very reasonable when compared to competition and they offer good pricing especially on international shipping! I keep going to them again and again!

Brief Reviews: The service is moderate - provide both UPS and Postal Office service. However, it is not worth it because of the fee/commission they are charging without letting the customer knows. I took the same package to this location; the cost for shipping priority is $9.00. While I took the exact package to Postal Office, they charge me $6.00. So do the math, in the long run it is not worth it. Convenience? Save time? Well think AGAIN!

Brief Reviews: Ive lived in this town for 40 years plus and this is the first time that I was treated rude like I was not welcome.I get out from work late,I go into Post N Parcel in Milpitas to send some money to family and was told to come in before 6:30 pm I offer her my Western Union card and she did not even want to look at it ,this would have sped up on sending money ,she did not want me to help her.I understand that people have family's, all she had to say that they were closed and if I can come in earler and I would have come back another day and time.The lady told me she had family and that she has a life .I felt like this person did not want to deal with me .The sign said open and there were people still there, once the other customers were gone that is when she told me again that I need to be here before 6:30 pm, and thats when she started acting up I must have said thank you at least 5 times for helping me but she still had a mean look and was rude I felt that she did not want to deal with me and did not want to help me I felt like I was not welcomed.I deal with customers all the time and if my boss was to hear that I treated some one the way this lady treated me I would have been fired.These people bring food to my table and no matter what I have to treat them with courtsey.I will no longer go to Post N Parcel in Milpitas I was treated rude and I will also let my friends know how I was treated by this lady.

Brief Reviews: Very helpful and polite. I needed to return something that I had purchased on-line and the folks at this UPS Store packaged the merchandise up in the appropriate sized box, advised me on the best/most cost efficient way to send the package, etc. I never once felt like they we're trying to sell me additional services/packaging that I really didn't need.
