Brief Reviews: This place is aweful. Go to the post office for all your mailing needs! I went to this store to get a few copies made before driving to the post office when I discovered that they also do post office services. I thought to keep it simple and do it all at once at the store. I had something important that I mailed with delivery confirmation. It came back to me after 2 weeks (!) with notes from the postoffice that it was mailed the wrong way, I went back to the store and all I got was "duh" and "we did it the right way". I drove to the postoffice and they confirmed that the store had mailed it wrong and paid 3x as much to get it shipped the right way, I went back to the store and said that a refund ($6.81) was reasonable but the guy was defensive and when another client walked in, he ignored me completely. DON'T go here, they don't know what the're doing but more importantly: No accountabillity and no costumer service.

My package was 55x32x3 and 21lb. In the calculator, the cost estimate was $28.16. In the store, I was charged $33.91. When asked about the discrepancy, I was told by Cora that "the calculator is always wrong"! I was at the ups store at 909 Marina Village Pky, Alameda, CA 94501
