Brief Reviews: awful, awful, awful! I have been going there for several months to get my cardstock cut... they have bad customer service, you can never tell if anyone is helping, and there can be 5 workers standing around, and a long line of customers needing help. Everytime i go i feel like i am dealing with someone who has no idea what i am talking about. But i continue to go there because i need my paper cut. But today was just the worst! The worker helping me could not understand where i was asking her to cut my paper at, and it was until i got home that i realized she cut my paper wrong! Even 1/8 is too much, so now all my cards will not fit in the envelopes. We are talking about hundreds of greeting cards where not the measurement i told her. I now have to sit here and trim every single one of them! I will never go there again. Very unprofessional.
