Brief Reviews: Horrible customer service. Went in on a Saturday to have business cards made. Was told it would be 24 hours. Finally on Tuesday we get the proof. It had a color mistake and told them the correction. Called on Wednesday and they said maybe this afternoon more than likely Thursday. Called Thursday and was told oh it is probably going to be tomorrow. You had color so it takes longer. Mind you the color we have is blue and black. Not really what I would call out of the ordinary. The store made NO effort to make things right other than offer apologies. Its to bad as a small business owner I would have used them often but you can be certain I will look elsewhere for my cards and copying needs.
