Brief Reviews: It was our first time using UPS dropoff, and I'm sure it showed on our faces. We handed the package over and stood around for a few seconds, then asked, "Is that all?" (As in is that all we have to do?) The person behind the counter replied, "Yes." And so we left. Weeks later the package was still not delivered and not even in the system noted as received for delivery. Realized we could have and should have gotten a receipt, and admit that it was our mistake for not thinking to ask for one. Think that because it was our first time and the package was large (though a return for a faulty product), they decided to keep it and let us lose a hundred dollars. Lesson learned. Never went back for other UPS dropoffs. Instead, used UPS stores, where they ask you if you want a receipt the moment you drop off your package.
