Brief Reviews: This is the place to go for NOTARY. They always have notary available and no appointment needed. The store is clean and owners work full time and you get the best customer service at fair price. Best place to open mail box. They also are knowledgable about copying and printing with best color machine I have seen. I would recommend going to Dublin UPS Store. A Happy Customer

Brief Reviews: On Saturday 7/19 ~3:45pm I walked in to mail 3 packages. 2 were prepaid but since it was Parcel Post, the store would not accept them.....which I do not understand since UPS Stores advertise as one stop mailing centers(the center does offer Post Offices boxes so I assumed their services extended to all forms of US mail.....my mistake.) The 3rd, however, I asked to mail insured and was told by the clerk(who appeared to be in the middles of a personal call on her cell phone and seemed annoyed at my interruption) that UPS did not ship packages insured. I knew that was not the case but did not feel like arguing. I then went to Longs' mailing center who happily accommodated all 3 packages including shipping the 3rd via UPS Ground insured. I will not use this store again and will be reluctant to try and use other UPS stores. It must be nice, in today's economy, to be so successful to be able to turn away business.....particularly the one activity that is the cornerstone of their business....shipping packages.

Brief Reviews: After calling several places in the Pleasanton and Dublin areas after 6:00 p.m. loking for a notary service I was lucky enough to find this Postal Annex in where the person in charge not only answered my phone call but also offered to wait for my husband to get there (another 20 mins. or so) and provide the notary service; this is what I call outstanding service!
