Brief Reviews: I needed my passport in a hurry and every place was closed. I tried A1 Passport and Visa. Omar answered and told me he could meet me, to help me out even though it was past his normal business hours. He opened up late on a Saturday when he didn't have to and helped me greatly. Omar helped me set up my passport and even delivered it to me before the scheduled date. I highly recommend this company for any type of Passport or Visa.

Brief Reviews: I went into this shop to update my passport photo. Its in a great location and is easy to find. The passport photo turned out really well and the people were very friendly and helpful. This is a one-stop mail nirvana. They???ve got everything you???d ever need or want for mailing service. From a mailbox to faxes, copies and a notary, they have you covered! Ruth Hodgson owns the shop but Larry is a great guy! Go here! It???s good! Other services, stamps, business cards, packing supplies, UPS service, greeting card, rubber stamps and incredible customer service!

Brief Reviews: It was our first time using UPS dropoff, and I'm sure it showed on our faces. We handed the package over and stood around for a few seconds, then asked, "Is that all?" (As in is that all we have to do?) The person behind the counter replied, "Yes." And so we left. Weeks later the package was still not delivered and not even in the system noted as received for delivery. Realized we could have and should have gotten a receipt, and admit that it was our mistake for not thinking to ask for one. Think that because it was our first time and the package was large (though a return for a faulty product), they decided to keep it and let us lose a hundred dollars. Lesson learned. Never went back for other UPS dropoffs. Instead, used UPS stores, where they ask you if you want a receipt the moment you drop off your package.
