Brief Reviews: About six months ago I was very pleased with the level of service provided by the owners of the business. Note that at that time it was only a wife and a husband working. Today, June of 2008, the situation is very different. The level of service is the poorest I have seen in any business in the last 12 years in Fresno. The male owner is completely uncontrollable, rude, disrespectful and even aggressive towards the customers, as experienced by me and my friend and, also, an unrelated customer that happened to be at the location at the same time with us. The male owner seems to abuse the fact that he is the owner and there is no one to be accountable to. It should be noted, however, that the female owner, Brenda, is a professional and reasonable person, who had an objective view of the situation. As a consumer, I felt offended and threatened by an aggressive behavior of the male owner. This situation will be reported to a Better Business Bureau of California.
