Brief Reviews: Ive lived in this town for 40 years plus and this is the first time that I was treated rude like I was not welcome.I get out from work late,I go into Post N Parcel in Milpitas to send some money to family and was told to come in before 6:30 pm I offer her my Western Union card and she did not even want to look at it ,this would have sped up on sending money ,she did not want me to help her.I understand that people have family's, all she had to say that they were closed and if I can come in earler and I would have come back another day and time.The lady told me she had family and that she has a life .I felt like this person did not want to deal with me .The sign said open and there were people still there, once the other customers were gone that is when she told me again that I need to be here before 6:30 pm, and thats when she started acting up I must have said thank you at least 5 times for helping me but she still had a mean look and was rude I felt that she did not want to deal with me and did not want to help me I felt like I was not welcomed.I deal with customers all the time and if my boss was to hear that I treated some one the way this lady treated me I would have been fired.These people bring food to my table and no matter what I have to treat them with courtsey.I will no longer go to Post N Parcel in Milpitas I was treated rude and I will also let my friends know how I was treated by this lady.

Brief Reviews: Wow, great service. I used Triumph Property Services to handle my home buying experience and it was wonderful. Her emphasis on keeping me informed and answering my many questions about the process was great. She was a tireless advocate for my position and was great at establishing a rapport with the seller's agent to get the "real scoop". She even helped me organize my inspections, vendor interviews, and loan process. She was a GREAT help with her phone skills and extensive vendor contacts to help me get my "move-in" repairs done on time and on budget. Highly recommended.

Brief Reviews: UPS shipping is great, but the store on Middlefield had poor customer service. I had six boxes to ship and preprinted labels at the office. When at the store, I was told they had no plastic sleeves for the labels. They charged me $4 for tape to tape the labels and said I couldn't tape inside the store. I was going to have carry the 200+ pounds of boxes back outside. Then they changed their mind and said they would tape the labels since I had purchased the tape. When the boxes arrived, the labels and been placed in the plastic sleeves that they weren't supposed to have. Thanks for the nice customer support.

Brief Reviews: After calling several places in the Pleasanton and Dublin areas after 6:00 p.m. loking for a notary service I was lucky enough to find this Postal Annex in where the person in charge not only answered my phone call but also offered to wait for my husband to get there (another 20 mins. or so) and provide the notary service; this is what I call outstanding service!
