Brief Reviews: Great alternative to getting through the post office - they can mail using USPS, FedEx, UPS, ect and will even pack your box for shipping. Very reasonable for charges and they will even just be a drop-off area for your packaged FedEx. Staff is friendly and fast!

Brief Reviews: I visited for the first time last December to send three letters. Right away I was impressed with how the owners dealt with the two customers in front of me. One was mailing several packages from her wheelchair, and the owner came around from the counter and chatted with her warmly as she helped her sort through her packages, pick up her current mail, and mail new packages. She clearly felt comfortable here. Me too! When one of the letters didn't arrive at its destination (through no fault of Box 'n Mail), Patti went above and beyond! She wrote a letter to the recipient asking for "consideration" regarding the deadline I missed. It was well written and wonderfully professional. I just can't say enough great things about this company. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to anyone interested in that personal touch and a company that'll go above and beyond for their customers. Visit today!
