Brief Reviews: I went to California Notary after calling them regarding their service. After I arrived, the person told me that I have to wait at least 15 minutes just to get a document notarized. When I asked him why he did not tell me that when I talked to him on the phone, he said that "he probably should have." Then, he escorted me out the door and said that if I cannot wait, then I should find another notary public. The service was outright bad and I will NEVER go there again. I feel degraded since I took the time to call before hand and drove their after work. I was told to leave without any apologies and remorse from the person at California Notary. The service was not only incompetent, but straightout rude.

Brief Reviews: The customer service is extremely poor and unfriendly. Everytime I go inside there is no one at the front desk. There isn't even a bell for service. When someone finally comes out (break room/storage) they always direct me to use the computer or the xerox machine myself. Then when I have questions they are gone again, no where to be found. The staff is never willing to make copies for me and when I do ask them they give me a bad attitude, still refuse to help me, and direct me to use the equipment myself. Today I decided to write a review because I went in to get documents scanned and they directed me to use the computer myself that charges you by the minute. If I knew how to scan documents myself, I wouldn't be there. I'm fed up with the poor treatment and unwillingness to help. Don't waste your time go elsewhere where the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
