Brief Reviews: I had a package boxed and mailed at this facility and was grossly overcharged for the mailing. The package weighed 9 lbs but I was charged for 70 lbs because it was an oversize. I didn't question it unitl I spoke to a relative and they said that they mailed the exact package for less than $10 at the post office. I then looked up the rates at the UPS site and realized what they had done. When I called to discuss the issue I was put on hold for over 10 minutes and then hung up. They alos charged $11 for handling the package. Needless to say I will not be returning to this UPS store. Also, the package was ruined when it was delivered since they did such a poor job packaging it. It was a priceless homemade art piece that can not be fixed or replaced. How sad!
