Brief Reviews: I'm totally unsatisfied with my recent experience with Leetone Photo Center. I was making passport photos, and there was a deep shadow on the neck (and the picture looked unfocused overall). Since they don't provide refunds, they tried to persuade me that there is always a shadow on photos like that. I said "Look at your sample pictures, most of them have shadows, but a couple look good". They answered "Yes, but it depends on the skin and face type". That's ridiculous! Have you ever heard something like this? It depends on poor and/or wrong light and they have a real problem with light there. This photo center simply can't make good photos, and I think this is the worst experience I've ever had with photos. Yes, they tried a couple times to improve the pictures, but all of them were bad, and since there are no refunds, I was forced to go with the first copy. I'll never go back again and will never recommend Leetone Photo Center to anybody - they unprofessional, can't provide good service, and their customer service is poor too.
