Brief Reviews: I had a box there for years and they closed it down without calling me (while I was out of town). Then, when I paid the expensive fees to have it rekeyed and reopened, the owner never reopened it and sent a bunch of my mail back. When I asked for a refund she wouldn't give me all my money back. And, all of this was handled by her with a terrible attitude and no respect.

Brief Reviews: Everything is expensive in there: fax, mailing, packaging, and EVERYTHING. I tried to mail my packages in this store several times. First, the USPS rate is more expensive here than the rate from the actual USPS place on Durant Ave. Second, I tried to mail a laptop via FedEx, they offer to pack it up for me. I was like "Oh cool," and thought to myself that I only needed to pay for the foam and the box. Instead, they charge me $3.00 for labor. I was like "Gosh! I could have done that myself, and you did not tell me you charge for labor!" The box was $3.99 for the size of normal laptop computer, and the foam is another extra $2.00 just for a piece that could be wrapped around the computer. They basically charge you super high for nothing. I will never go there again. This place sucks to the balls. Oh by the way, faxing is $1.50 for the first page, and $1.00 after that. If you go to FedEx Kinko's, the rate is much better. Do not go to this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
