Brief Reviews: Had a loan signing done with them. They went over the whole package, which was over 100 pages and explained all of the sections to me. Everything was done within 45 minutes. I've done loan signings before, but by far this was my best one. And guess what, I only paid $99, when everyone else is charging $150-$200.

Brief Reviews: Completely rude and unhelpful. I was a potential customer and emailed a question to the store in Point Loma. What I received was a one word answer of "No." You call that customer service?!? Don't go here and take your business to the UPS store - who trains their franchise owners, sends secret shoppers to rate them. All to ensure customers are treated with respect and they don't lose any!
