Omar answered and told me he could meet me, to help me out even though it was past his normal business hours. He opened up late on a Saturday when he didn't have to and helped me greatly. Brief Reviews: I was in need of a fast delivery of a parcel on the same day this past week, I searched the web and called few of services that were not as easy to get a live person, I came upon this company and requested that a parcel be delivered by 12 noon, i got an order number and when i called twice to check on it they were great , quick response, the phone rang maybe twice and both times the service on the phone was outstanding, and the parcel was deliverd before 12 noon that day How can I not use them again .....this company will be on my phone list for future needs Great Job S Nimer

Brief Reviews: It was our first time using UPS dropoff, and I'm sure it showed on our faces. We handed the package over and stood around for a few seconds, then asked, "Is that all?" (As in is that all we have to do?) The person behind the counter replied, "Yes." And so we left. Weeks later the package was still not delivered and not even in the system noted as received for delivery. Realized we could have and should have gotten a receipt, and admit that it was our mistake for not thinking to ask for one. Think that because it was our first time and the package was large (though a return for a faulty product), they decided to keep it and let us lose a hundred dollars. Lesson learned. Never went back for other UPS dropoffs. Instead, used UPS stores, where they ask you if you want a receipt the moment you drop off your package.
