Brief Reviews: I don't know what the guy with the 1 star review is talking about(probably a FedEx owner or something), but I go to this UPS store all the time, and it is a great family owned small business. They are a pleasure to work with and I've never once had a problem with any of my few dozen shipments that I've made with them. They will treat you like a human being and their services are pretty much all garaunteed. Excellent customer service!
