Brief Reviews: Buyer Beware: I went with this service based on the review I read and I deeply regret it. They shipped my packages so poorly; that everything they packed and shipped was damaged beyond repair. They promised to send me a copy of the detailed bills and never did. They told me they insured it and according to DHL it never was. I lost a TV, computer monitor, and on the list goes. I tried resolving it through the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and they wouldn't even respond to the BBB. DHL said that none of it was packaged properly, (which they were paid to do, and I was charged quite a bit for,) and therefore they weren't responsible. (I had lots of pictures for DHL.) It was beyond belief and if I can spare even one person what I experienced I will be very grateful. You will be thanking me by not going through this service. I spent over $2,000 dollars and wound up with broken items that cost me about as much money to replace, "plus" they never put in claims for all the damages for me, which they are legally required to do. I guess that's where the "plus" in their name comes from. Remember, ???Buyer Beware.???

Brief Reviews: They really need to be more selective when hiring for Kinko's. I think what the company offers is great and comes in handy for some of my computer needs but the help is way off base. They don't care about the customers, can't answer simple questions and you have to wait around forever before someone comes to ask if they can help you. If there were something closer to my home than this Kinko's, I wouldn't even bother coming here. In fact, I need to go out and buy a new computer and printer/fax machine so I can stop coming here. Not a good place if you want decent service. Try some place else or just try a different Kinko's altogether.
