Brief Reviews: I went to this store as directed by UPS INT'L to pick up an international shipping label which accompanies a waybill when there is more than one package. We have an account with UPS but did not have these labels before the shipment was to be picked up. The manager and co-worker both said I didn't know what I was talking about and told me to put another waybill on the second package. I suggested that they call UPS for information about these labels and I was told to call them myself, and again told that I didn't know what I was talking about. They were both extremely rude. I found a UPS truck on the street and was given the correct label. There would have been a double charge had I put another waybill on the second package. I called them the next day to complain and tell them that they were wrong. The manager hung up on me.

Brief Reviews: My Gal Friday saved me from six more months of separation from my cat. After months of waiting, my cat was scheduled to do her final Vet exam so that she could join me in Australia. We had everything scheduled with a Vet in Burbank, but on the day of the exam, they said that they couldn't do it because they did not do the initial blood work four months prior. Needless to say, I was in a bind because I was in Australia, and my sister, who was taking care of the cat, had scheduling conflicts where she couldn't take her to the original Vet in San Pedro. Not only did Caitlin clear her calendar for our emergency, but she took the cat to the Vet that afternoon and the next day hand delivered the paperwork to the USDA in Hawthorne twice (she had to go back again when she found out that the Vet filled out the paperwork incorrectly the first time). Had Caitlin not followed through with everything, our cat would have missed her flight, and her import permit would have expired by the time that we got another space for her in the quarantine center in Sydney. Obviously, I was really pleased with "My Gal Friday" and would recommend them to anyone with a big or small task. They certainly saved me.
