Brief Reviews: WE LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY THANKS TO FED-EX!!!! The package was requested for guaranteed delivery by 10:30 for which extra is paid!!!!!!! and although we understand that the weather in another city played a part it was your resposibility to at least notify the customer who entrusted you with this responsibility. You knew there was a problem and made no attempt at due dilligence!!!!!! Had we been called we could have then called the customer who had left work to be here and advised him not to come. Additionally, since the custiomer was rushing to and from work on a time table he received a ticket in our parking lot prior to coming in to find out we did not have his purchase. This was a transaction worth thousands of $$$$. WAY TO GO FED EX!!!!!!!!!
