I value the intelligent and knowlegable service from someone who values my time and his over sugar coated service from some undertrained vapid uniform that you'll see at many competitors. In and out in 3 minutes tonight making the 6:15 pick-up for Overnight Delivery just in time...try that at the Post Office!

Brief Reviews: I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS UPS STORE # 5347 SINCE IT HAS OPENED, AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM, UNTIL RECENTLY. ON MONDAY 10/23/06 I SHIPPED A PACKAGE FROM THAT LOCATION AND USED USPS PICK UP WITH PRIORITY MAIL. THE GENTLEMAN WORKING TOLD ME WOULD GO OUT THAT NIGHT. AS OF TODAY THAT PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED.USUALLY WHEN I USE THE POST OFFICE IT USUALLY ONLY TAKES THE 2-3 DAY PRIORITY WHICH IS IN THE DELIVERY TIME FRAME. I WAS ALSO NOT HAPPY WITH THE ATTITUDE OF THE CLERK WHO GOT NASTY WHEN I WOULDN'T SHIP VIA UPS. WHICH WAS $30.50 ALSO HE SAID HE WOULD PACK THE BOX FOR ME AND I TOLD HIM I WOULD DO IT AND HE SAID THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE TO PUT THE ITEMS INTO THE BOX ALSO ASKED FOR THE PRICE OF THE BOX AND HE SAID NO CHARGE, WHEN I LOOKED TODAY FOR MY RECEIPT I FOUND NOT ONLY DID HE CHARGE $6.80 FOR A BOX AND $2.00 FOR THE PACKING. AND THIS I HAD BEEN TOLD WAS NO CHARGE. I DO A HIGH VOLUME OF EBAY SHIPPING WITH UPS AND GRANTED I AM A SMALL FISH IN A VERY LARGE POND BUT I WILL NOT EVER SHIP UPS THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I KNOW THAT FROM TIME TO TIME WE ALL SHIP AND WE LIKE TO USE UPS BUT CHOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND SHIP FROM THERE. THANK YOU

Brief Reviews: I mailed this package from this store and this is how it was delivered in Tenn. A damage claim was filed and believe it or not it was "DENIED". I cannot get a copy of the inspectors report as to why it was denied and the employees were of no help at all. One lady said she did not represent UPS she "Just works here".Customer service just gives you the run around.They said that the reason my claim was denied was probably due to the fact that I packaged the parcel myself.This person said this without even seeing the damage done to my packsge. This tells me that they only insure packages that they themselves (UPS employees) pack, so much for the FREE insurance. I wouldn't mind having them package my items if that's what it takes to have it insured, just be up front with your customers and tell them. This particular package was a rugged, well built, heavy duty highend backpack leaf blower that is made to be handled roughly and take the abuse of yard work but not tough enough to be shipped by UPS.
