Brief Reviews: To the general public, March 1st of this year my wife and I tried to file a chapter 7 with this attorney. Here is what happened. The intial consultation was "sure we can do this". I met the standard income guidelines at the time.I waited a month to get my documents he sent me another copy. I gave him 300.00 for his preperation of the documents. Ok fine now here is were the problem is we did not here back from Joel for a month. I believe his contract stated he would return a court date within 2 weeks. NOw Here is the bigger problem We gave him an addtional 600.00 to complete our bankruptcy case to go foward . We still met all the guidlines at the time. After we gave him the addtional cash TWO MONTHS LATER!!!NOw he informes us we do not quailify and I know we did . I worked less at made the line which is 61,000 to file chapter 7. We have called Joel So many times .He will not answer our phone calls or give us the money back that he owes us for doing absoulutly nothing. Thats what he did nothing. If you are looking for an attorney I and my recommend you do not hire this man. I am sure we are not the only ones he has taken advantage of. If you want proof let me know. Joel I hope you read this. I want my hard earned money!!!!!! or another soultion. Thank you, Billy Wagner
