Brief Reviews: Beware! I was looking for an attorney for a child custody case and did I make a mistake in chosing her! She sounded good on the phone and during our original consult. Of course, I didn't know exactly what I was looking for until I tried and failed with her. I guess I should've shopped around some more. I warn you not to waste your money or chances of losing custody by choosing her to represent you. She charged me a $3000.00 retainer and did nothing! She did no research. She gave me no real guidance. She asked me to do all the footwork, things I now know she should have been doing. She never sent me a bill to show me what money I was spending. My current attorney sends me one every month to let me know how much of my retainer I have spent so I know when I need to add more money to my account. My new attorney is getting arrest records on my ex and his new wife. He is requesting a home visit, a psych eval, a representative to speak on my son's behalf, etc. These are things Paige never even brought up. She was arguing with the judge in the courtroom, but never gave him the information he was asking for. If I would've had the guts, I would've fired her in the courtroom! i would've had a better chance representing myself. When I finally sent her a letter requesting a copy of all expenses, she is telling me I owe her almost $600.00! When she did absolutely nothing!?! You've got to be kidding. It is my recommendation that you save yourself some money and the most important things in your life, your children and find a competent lawyer that won't try to rob you.
