Brief Reviews: When i hired Monty Gill to represent me, I was in litigaton for child custody of my son with another attorney who did not help my case. When Monty took over the case, he had to go over the other attorney's file and then aggresively took action to correct the mistakes made by the previous attorney. He is honest, thorough and brilliant in his case preparation and performance in court, He was very caring and helpful in all aspects of my child custody case. His knowlege of the law and the court systems pertaining to my child custody case was a definite plus in otaining the custody of my son. Specially since I had already wasted a lot of time and money with the previous attorney and was about to lose custody of my son to an abusive father. Monty Gill's expertize and legal representation changed everything and I felt vindicated when the Judge became aware of crutial facts of the case that the other attorney neglected to bring forth in court. I would recommend his services to all my friends, family and coworkers if they want to win their case. I am very satisfied with Monty Gill's legal representtion and would definetly hire him again for all fuure litagation cases because of his ability to represent clients in other types of law as well.
