AND THEY NEVER LET ME KNOW THIS AHEAD OF TIME. THEY MAIL ME A LETTER EVERY SO OFTEN, STATING THAT THEY HAS SETTLED ANOTHER CLAIM AGAINST ME. NEVER CALL,OR TALK TO ME BEFORE DOING THIS. ONE LAST YEAR.I CALL, AND WROTE TO THEM STATING THAT IVE NEVER HAD AN ACCIDENT. AND IVE HAD THIS INSURANCE FOR 11 YEARS. NO ACCIDENTS. DIDNT HEAR NOTHING ELSE FROM THEM. THEY WOULDNT CALL ME BACK. IGNORING ME. NOW THERES A FLAG AGAINST ME AT DRIVING LICENSE OFFICE SAYING I HAD A ACCIDENT THAT NEVER OCCURRED. IM UPSET. SOMEONE HAS TO HAVE MY INFORMATION. CAUSE THEY KEEP DOING THIS. AND THE INSURANCE MUST HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THIS. CAUSE THEY WONT REACH ME BACK. AND WHO EVER THIS IS, KEEPS DOING THIS TO ME. THIS MAKES ME HAVE A BAD DRIVING RECORD. I WONT TO FILE A SUIT.
